Sr. Risk & Contingency Response Centre Program Manager, EU Central Operations

The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above - Experience in performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies - Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - Experience delivering complex projects with prior ownership of the operation of a mission-critical team and/or product - Experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data Preferred: - Experience in a logistics/operations environment - Experience in security operations, risk management, and incident response - Experience with process improvements (Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen) - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience communicating results to senior leadership Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
