Sr. Research Strategist, Workplace Insights, GREF

The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is responsible for creating the spaces that Basic qualifications: - Experience with field research, ethnography, lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, and survey design - Experience with the full range of research methods: qualitative and quantitative, attitudinal and behavioral, with deep expertise in one or more areas - Experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) - Have a portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g., study plans, reports, personas) - 7+ years of hands-on work with: field research, ethnography, lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, and survey design experience - Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field? Preferred: - Experience with UX Research in non-US markets - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization, including coaching of junior staff - Skilled in use of statistical analysis tools a plus (e.g., SPSS, R) - Ability to moderate 4+ hours of research in a day Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
