The AMET Head of Pre-Construction leads the delivery of pre-construction( engineering design) phases for significant Customer Fulfillment "FC", delivery station "AMZL", sort center "SC" and quick commerce Basic qualifications: - Experience in one or more of the following areas: construction or engineering project management, real estate development, or architecture/design - 15+ years of experience in construction management, pre-construction management, or related disciplines with progressive leadership responsibility - 10+ years leading development and pre-construction activities for logistics facilities, warehouses, industrial facilities, and/or critical infrastructure projects - Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architecture, mechanical, industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred: - Experience with AutoCAD and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM), as well as scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar) - certification such as Professional Engineer (PE), LEED, or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification - French, German, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications. - Master's degree in Engineering, or related field Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
