Amazon's North America Reliability Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team needs a dynamic Regional Maintenance Manager to lead our operations. This key position will drive safety initiatives and guide field Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience - 7+ years of leading organizations with 100 or more employees experience - 7+ years of senior leadership development and talent management experience - 10+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience - 7+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing continuous improvement (CI) experience - 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience Preferred: - Master's degree, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification - Professional Engineering registration - Knowledge of statistical analysis - Experience leading multi-site maintenance organizations - Experience maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems - Experience working with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integrators Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
