Sr. Quality & Reliability Engineer, Annapurna AI Servers and Systems

The Annapurna AI Manufacturing, Quality and Reliability (MQR) Team is part of AWS Annapurna Labs focused on Machine Learning products that designs cutting AI platforms for the world’s largest Cloud Services Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering - 7+ years of Reliability Engineering work experience with server compute platforms or on high-tech hardware Preferred: - Master's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering - Experience in server technologies such as, thermal, mechanical, power, and signal integrity - Experience developing test strategies and plans for complex hardware/software systems or systems of systems - Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up - Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis - Experience working with global teams and diverse partners - Experience in component selection and understanding of component reliability - Demonstrated ability to uncover systemic issues prior to NPI - Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals - Ability to influence development teams, procurement and external partners - Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role - Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
