Sr. Program Manager, Vendor Management, Worldwide Grocery Stores - Growth & Development

Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores - Growth & Development team is hiring for a Sr. Program Manager, Vendor Management position.As a Sr. Program Manager for Vendor Management, you will set and enforce the Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 5+ years of work in a procurement organization, performing vendor management, contract management, negotiating complex purchases, and bidding experience - Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships - Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to inform business decisions with proven business impact (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) - Experience developing, reviewing, and managing Statements of Work (SOW), including defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and criteria for construction or facilities projects. Preferred: - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts - Experience in accounts receivable or account payable, or experience designing and implementing controls or experience performing audits over financial reporting environment - Experience working with CMMS software, or experience in similar environments - Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa - Experience building RFP frameworks, process documentation, or SOPs in a program management context Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
