Sr. Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Learning

The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Learning team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Knowledge Management to own the establishment of a knowledge management system in PXT's Create Once, Reuse Everywhere Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience with content or knowledge management systems, content lifecycle management, and governance frameworks. Preferred: - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple locations - Experience defining and enforcing taxonomy, information architecture, or content certification standards at scale. - Experience establishing intake mechanisms, SLAs, and operational cadences (batch triage, maintenance cycles) for a content or process program. - Experience working with AI-powered content tooling (quality assessment, retrieval, or AI assistants) and understanding how certified content feeds AI systems. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
