Sr. Program Manager, Special Projects, Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) – Workforce Management Team

​​​The Workforce Management Sr. Program Manager is responsible for defining and delivering strategic objectives and projects that span across the Forecasting, Staffing, and Scheduling verticals within Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Preferred: - ​​Experience in workforce management, labor strategy, business architecture, or multi-format retail operations​ - Demonstrated ability to manage complex, ambiguous programs in fast-paced environments - ​​Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to influence without authority and manage complex stakeholder relationships across organizational boundaries​ - ​​Experience leveraging data analytics, AI/ML tools, or scenario modeling to support strategic workforce decisions​ - PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification - MBA or advanced degree - Familiarity with Amazon's Leadership Principles and working backwards methodology Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
