Sr. Program Manager, RTI

The Recruiting Technology Integration (RTI) organization is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to define and drive the delivery of product features and process improvements that enable recruitment at scale. Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Knowledge of general AI tools - Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Experience managing product or program launches end-to-end, including beta deployments, acceptance criteria reviews, and post-launch retrospectives - Exposure to compliance requirements such as data privacy, accessibility, and localization in product design - Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and operational readiness materials to support successful product or process launches - Experience mentoring or developing junior team members - Experience mentoring or developing junior team members Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
