Sr. Program Manager, Amazon Freight Partner (AFP)

If you have a Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Bachelor's degree - Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred: - Experience working with and managing third party vendors, or experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites - MBA, or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience navigating regulatory or compliance environments with external dependencies - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance workflows, or customer experiences - Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management industries Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
