Sr. Product Manager – Technical, Amazon Leo Accessories & Indoor Units

From households to small businesses, Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of product management experience - Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products - 3+ years of experience delivering hardware or consumer electronics products from concept through mass production - Experience working cross-functionally with hardware engineering, supply chain teams - Experience writing detailed technical requirements documents (PRDs, BRDs, or equivalent) that drive engineering execution - Track record of using data and customer insights to prioritize product investments and measure outcomes Preferred: - Experience with networking products (routers, WiFi systems, mesh networks, PoE/power delivery) or ISP/telco CPE - Experience managing products across multiple customer segments (consumer, enterprise, mobility) simultaneously - Background in cost optimization, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and working with ODM/JDM manufacturing partners - Knowledge of regulatory and certification processes (FCC, CE, UL, etc.) for electronics products in global markets - Experience with outdoor/ruggedized hardware, mounting systems, or field-installed accessories - Familiarity with satellite communications, broadband connectivity, or telecommunications infrastructure Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
