As a Senior UX Designer focused on the visual experience for millions of fans worldwide, you'll own large, complex design projects end to end, from customer research and early concept through evaluation Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of design experience - Have an available online portfolio - 5+ years of experience in UX design for consumer facing products - Degree in UX Design, Animation, Fine Arts, Cognitive Psychology, HCI, or related field Preferred: - Experience leading complex, multi-platform design projects (mobile, desktop, TV) that span multiple disciplines and departments, navigating ambiguity while managing your own work, timelines, and tradeoffs independently - Experience directly contributing to design system frameworks and defining visual, IA, and interaction patterns that scale across a product suite - Experience designing for LLM-enabled, AI-driven, or multimodal customer experiences, with proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma) and AI-assisted prototyping methods - Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative data into design decisions and iterations, including conducting usability studies, user research, and journey mapping - Proven ability to present strategic design rationale clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams - Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs and customer expectations, and a deep passion for defining the future of audio entertainment experiences Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
