Sr. Process Engineer, Amazon Air

There are multiple ways to problem solve here, and we do it with consideration and respect Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 2+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience - 4+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays - Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools - Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving - Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment - Experience working under pressure in a cross-functional organization Preferred: - Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field - Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems and high-speed manufacturing - Experience with financial and statistical modeling - Experience in layout design Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
