Sr. PM - SR Ops , Global Procurement Sustainability

Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ years of supply chain experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Experience in a procurement organization performing vendor management, contract management, negotiating complex purchases, and bidding - 5+ years of relevant professional experience - Experience in project or program management - Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, or asset management - Experience in people management and team development - Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients - Knowledge of collecting data from log files, data stores, SQL, and APIs Preferred: - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - MBA, or Advanced degree - 12+ years of public policy, government relations, community relations, public affairs, or corporate social responsibility experience - Experience in an HR, privacy, legal, compliance or risk management role - Experience in project and program management - Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
