Basic qualifications: - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Bachelor's degree - Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese (primary working language) - Functional English proficiency sufficient for written and verbal communication with global counterparts - Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments with competing requirements and constraints Preferred: - Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root causes and develop data-driven solutions - Background in partner lifecycle management, regulatory compliance programs, or change management. - Experience driving results in ambiguous environments where rules and processes are still being defined - Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English (written and verbal), engage in constructive discussions, synthesize conclusions, and drive cross-team actions to resolution - Experience fostering inclusive, collaborative team environments where diverse perspectives are valued - Demonstrated ability to influence without authority — building consensus across senior leaders and cross-functional teams with competing priorities Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
