Sr. Operations Program Manager, Devices Postponement Operations (DPO)

The Senior Operations Program Manager (OPM) is responsible for aligning all resources needed to support assigned programs at the DFW11 facility in Dallas, TX from Postponement Approval through End of Life. Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field, or 4+ years of project management and implementation experience - 6+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience - Experience in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience working with distributed teams - 5+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience - • Proven track record of managing complex programs with previous experience supporting the introduction of new products in a manufacturing or pack-out environment. Preferred: - Experience designing or implementing integrated automation solutions such as material handling systems, high-speed packaging lines, or manufacturing lines - 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, or experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems and high-speed manufacturing - Experience presenting complex ideas in writing in the form of authoring white papers, proposals, or other formal strategy documents - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or experience in project management - Experience writing and publishing technical documents or equivalent - • 6σ Certification, Yellow Belt or higher. - • Master's Degree (of Science, preferred) in Operations, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. - • Experience managing Contract Manufacturers (CMs) or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) where the candidate influenced execution without direct authority over the workforce. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
