Sr. Operations Manager

Our Senior Operations Managers are responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operations objectives. The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations or functions Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Work flexible hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays - 7+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment - Prior experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination. - Prior experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques Preferred: - Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple FCs across the nation - Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field and MBA preferred - Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons - Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
