Sr. Operations Manager

The Sr. Operations Manager oversees all budgetary, people development, and operational objectives at the site. This role involves managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Work flexible hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays - 7+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment - Prior experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques - Prior experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination Preferred: - Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations - Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple FCs across the nation - Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations or related field. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
