Sr. Operations Engineer, Strategic Programs and Engineering

Our portfolio ranges from Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience - 3+ years of leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) experience Preferred: - Master's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, or Master's degree or above in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) - Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools - Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites - Experience in Amazon RME (Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering), fulfillment operations, or automation deployment environments Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
