From the introduction of Amazon Prime to the use of advanced technology for package delivery, Amazon consistently drives change Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience - 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - 3+ years of leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases experience - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Ability to travel up to 80% Preferred: - Master's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, or Master's degree or above in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) - Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools - Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites - Experience working with and managing third party vendors - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks - 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
