Sr. Network planning Manager , Amazon Hub Delivery

Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level - Experience communicating complex business concepts in verbal and written form Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - 4+ years of procurement, program management and supplier diversity & inclusion experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
