Sr. Multi-Site EHS Lead

We’re seeking Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations - 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management Preferred: - Distribution Center or Manufacturing WHS experience with mix of exempt and non-exempt employees at a site of at least 250 people - Master’s degree - Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment. - Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organization. - Certified Safety Professional - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with site leaders. - Ability to develop and implement department goals and strategies. - Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability. - Ability to manage multiple sites/remotely. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
