In the alternative, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in business administration, engineering, supply chain, operations, finance, or related discipline followed by 7 progressively responsible years of experience in job offered or in supply chain, program or project management related occupation. Experience must include 2 years of experience in the following: 1. Establishing project execution framework, performance monitoring tools and complying with contract and ensuring safety, quality, value, timeliness, and profitability of projects. 2. Working in a global supply chain, manufacturing, production/procurement, distribution, logistics or related environment/ operations. 3. Conducting qualitative/ quantitative data analysis, cross-functional coordination experience and analyzing processes and performance metrics to support business decision making to improve efficiency within forecasting, planning and logistics while maintaining scope, cost, quality, risk and schedule for projects. The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $173950 - $212600 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
