External Fulfilment runs the third-party fulfilment channels that let sellers and vendors ship directly from their own warehouses while giving customers an FBA-grade experience. The channel portfolio spans Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of team management experience - 7+ years of program or project management experience Preferred: - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - MBA - 8+ years of team management experience - Experience in logistics, or experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising - Experience in transportation or supply chain within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience working in large teams or at a national/multinational organization - Exposure to B2B / enterprise fulfilment and delivery-experience metrics.
