As Senior Manager, Global Water Programs, you own Basic qualifications: - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 10+ years of risk management, audit, legal, compliance or related field work including engaging with external stakeholders experience - 7+ years of team management experience with 6 or more direct reports - Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or a related field of study Preferred: - Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies - Master's degree in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, hydrology, water resources, or a related field of study - Experience developing and implementing water compliance programs, for example water quality, discharge, stormwater, and wastewater, in accordance with applicable laws - Professional water credential where applicable, for example a Professional Engineer (PE) with a water or wastewater focus, a Certified Water Professional, or an equivalent professional environmental certification - Experience with ISO 14001 environmental management system design, implementation, or certification Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
