The Amazon WWGS (Worldwide Grocery Stores) team is seeking an exceptionally motivated and talented Sr. Merchandising Manager with strong customer focus, analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 5+ years of experience in merchandising, space planning, or category management in brick-and-mortar retail - Experience building and managing planograms using space planning software - Experience leading merchandising transitions and resets across a multi-store environment - Experience partnering cross-functionally with buying, operations, and supply chain teams - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into merchandising decisions Preferred: - Experience in grocery or food retail merchandising - Experience with fixture selection, procurement, and lifecycle management - Experience influencing without authority across cross-functional teams - Track record of identifying and resolving execution gaps between plan and in-store reality - Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
