About the RoleThe Portfolio Strategy & Planning team determines how Amazon invests its fixed marketing portfolio across the Amazon and Prime brands in North America. We build the planning frameworks, investment Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience communicating results to stakeholders - Experience in marketing - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership Preferred: - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint - MBA - Experience in online advertising, marketing, sales or digital media Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
