Must have at least one year of experience in an in-house legal environment in the following skill(s): (1) experience in technology and commercial transactions, regulatory diligence and compliance processes; (2) working directly with senior business leaders and providing legal counsel; and (3) experience leveraging automation technologies to deliver legal services. License to practice law in the U.S. required.
