Sr Logistics Program Manager, AMZ Leo Global Logistics

Leo Logistics is looking for a Senior Program Manager to own and drive a portfolio of high-ambiguity strategic programs that are critical to scaling our logistics capabilities into new business lines, Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience - 6+ years of related industry experience - 5+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience - Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies - Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience managing programs with cross-functional dependencies across 3+ organizations simultaneously - Experience working with and influencing senior leaders without direct authority Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience in aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated logistics environments - Experience with dangerous goods transportation, regulatory compliance (DOT, IATA, IMDG), or special permit management - Experience supporting new business line standup from a logistics/supply chain perspective - Experience with government or defense customer logistics requirements - Experience operating across geographically distributed teams (multi-site, multi-shift) - PMP, APICS, or similar certification Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
