Sr. Learning Experience Designer, Workplace Health & Safety

Amazon is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join the Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Team. We’re not an average company and this is definitely not your average position. We’ll give you theopportunity Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) - Knowledge of Photoshop, video editing, and related tools - A minimum of a BS/BA degree + 5 years of experience in any of the following disciplines: Education Technology, Instructional Design/Technology, Adult Education, Visual Communications, or equivalent field of study is required - Proficient in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise Preferred: - Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience prioritizing and delivering projects on time in a fast-moving environment - A MS/MA degree + 3 years of experience in any of the following disciplines: Education Technology, Instructional Design/Technology, Adult Education, Visual Communications, or equivalent field of study is required - Advanced Multi-media development in audio, video, and/or animation (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) - Experience troubleshooting and repairing functionality of courses - Proficiency in the following instructional design methodologies: ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) Model, SAM (Successive Approximation Model) Model, and Performance Support Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
