Sr. HR Manager , NACF

Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - 10+ years of human resources leadership, or 10+ years of leadership in operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, or manufacturing experience - Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforce - Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple locations - Experience in employee relations, risk management, workforce management and compensation management - Experience analyzing HR metrics and using data insights to drive business decisions Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA - Knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures - 8+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience - Experience in employee relations, risk management, workforce management and compensation management - Experience leading HR operations across multiple business units or regional locations - History of implementing scalable initiatives that improve business outcomes - Experience in full-cycle talent management, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, development, performance management, and succession planning - Success building and executing strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention - Ability to advance technology initiatives, including AI integration and emerging tools, to drive operational excellence and efficiency - Experience coaching and developing senior leaders as a strategic HR business partner - Demonstrated success supporting business operations across multiple locations and geographical regions Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
