Sr. HR Manager

Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Extensive experience in human resources leadership or equivalent leadership experience (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing) - Experience supporting hourly, front-line and salaried employee populations - Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish - Proficiency in HR data analysis, including experience translating metrics into actionable workforce strategies and measurable business outcomes - Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management Preferred: - Master's Degree or MBA - Extensive experience in HR leadership, including roles with expanding scope and responsibility - Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and compliance requirements - Experience managing complex employee relations and organizational health initiatives - Expertise in full-cycle talent management, including strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness - Track record of building and developing high-performing HR and/or Operations teams - Experience leading successful HR initiatives in fast-paced operational environments - Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence, communicate effectively, and manage conflict - Ability to advance technology initiatives, including AI integration and emerging tools, to drive operational excellence - Experience partnering with, coaching, and guiding senior leaders as a strategic HR business partner Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
