Sr. HR Manager

Basic qualifications: - 10+ years of human resources leadership, or 10+ years of leadership in operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, or manufacturing experience - 6+ years of human resources management experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforce - Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple locations - Experience in employee relations, risk management, workforce management and compensation management - Experience analyzing HR metrics and using data insights to drive business decisions - Bachelor's degree, or Bachelor of Arts degree - 7+ years of human resources leadership, or 7+ years of leadership in operations/customer service/retail/distribution/logistics/healthcare/hospitality/manufacturing experience - Experience analyzing HR data and translating metrics into actionable workforce strategies - Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing - 5+ years of HR experience - Knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures - Experience with employee relations - Experience with the full lifecycle of staffing, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations - Experience in building and developing a high performance team - Experience as an HR Manager or Head of HR Operations, ideally within a high-volume, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements - Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
