We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support several Directors in the Data & Analytics go-to-market (GTM) organization, part of the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) organization. The Data Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field - Knowledge of local labor law - Experience as a human resource generalist - Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development - Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems Preferred: - Master's degree in Human Resources Management - Experience assessing management and executive talent - Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans - Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
