Sr. HR Business Partner, AWS Cloud Sales Center/ Scale

Amazon is seeking a strategic and solution-focused Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to power the trajectory of our business by ensuring we have the right talent mix, senior leadership, and capabilities Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field - 7+ years of HR specialist, HR generalist (e.g., HR Business Partner or HR Partner), HR manager, or HR program experience - Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization Preferred: - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field - Experience rapidly growing an organization and attracting, hiring, and maintaining top talent - Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple locations - 10+ years of leadership work as an HR generalist, preferably in a high tech environment experience - Experience working in a customer-facing environment - Bachelor's degree, or experience coaching senior leaders and managers with strong talent assessment skills - PHR, GPHR, or SPHR, or 4+ years of using case management system, reviewing cases, determining appropriate processes and policies that apply to a specific situation, and resolving a case or establishing/executing a case management plan experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
