Sr. Healthcare Business Development Lead, AAIS HCLS GTM

At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we are seeking a Healthcare Business Development professional to join our Healthcare and Life Sciences Applied AI Solutions (AAIS) Go to Market (GTM) organization. In this Basic qualifications: - Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion - 5+ years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry experience - 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in healthcare or life sciences - Solid background in healthcare IT, clinical systems, payer, provider, life sciences R&D, or closely related domains - Demonstrated success implementing consultative selling approaches and solution-based sales methodologies Preferred: - Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals - 3+ years of experience with cloud computing technologies, infrastructure architecture, or software development - Master's degree in health sciences, healthcare administration/management, public health, healthcare information management, or associated domains - Demonstrated success selling cloud computing or technology solutions to healthcare and life sciences organizations - Strong understanding of AI/ML applications and use cases in healthcare and life sciences with ability to articulate value propositions - Solid understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) - Experience working with cross-functional technical teams to deliver integrated business and technology solutions for enterprise customers Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
