Sr GTM Specialist, ANZ, Amazon Ads

We believe advertising — done well — enhances Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 7+ years digital advertising experience - 3+ years of advanced Measurement and Ad Tech advertising experience - Effectively works cross-functionally (AE, Sales Leadership, Yield, Product, Measurement) - Experience building and deploying GTM strategies, with an emphasis on packaging, positioning and messaging. - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), including the ability to present complex topics both in person, over the phone, and through concise document writing - Ability to effectively manage ambiguity. Preferred: - Experience building and executing product and sales strategies across teams - Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguity - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences - Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences - Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
