Sr Global Engineering Program Manager – Building Controls & Automation., GREF – Design, Sustainability & Engineering

Amazon's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Global Engineering Manager – Mechanical/BMS to lead the technical strategy, standards, and optimization Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent - 10+ years of experience in building systems engineering Preferred: - Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes - Professional Engineering (PE) license - Certifications such as LEED, PMP, CEM, and/or HBDP. - Deep hands-on experience with BMS/BAS platforms and open protocols — Tridium/Niagara (FOX), BACnet, Modbus — including programming, commissioning, and integration. - Experience with fault detection & diagnostics (FDD) and building analytics platforms (e.g., SkySpark) and using building data to drive optimization. - Experience with OT network architecture and building-systems cybersecurity/InfoSec coordination. - Experience directly related to the design or construction of commercial office buildings. - Experience managing engineering programs for large, global real estate portfolios. - International project experience. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
