Sr. Global Commodity Business Development Manager, GRAISE (Grocery and In Store Experiences) Tech

Worldwide Grocery Store Tech (WWGST) is seeking a Sr. Global Commodity Business Development Manager to join our Grocery Retail and In-Store Experience (GRAISE) team. The GRAISE mission is to make the lives Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences - Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology - 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, strategic sourcing, commodity management or program management experience - Experience working directly with engineering teams - 5+ years of in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making experience Preferred: - Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or related field, or PMP certificate - Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams - Experience in negotiations with global suppliers with a proven track record in cost reduction - Knowledge of basic supply agreement construction and key contracting provisions/requirements - 5+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
