Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) with domain expertise in the Energy & Utilities industry. As an Energy & Utilities PSA, you will have the opportunity Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience - 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience - 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience - 5+ years of solving problems with technology in the Energy & Utilities industries experience Preferred: - Experience working with technology and consulting partners through solution alignment, account management, product management, program management and business development engagements - Deep industry knowledge of energy and utilities technology providers, grid operators, and their technology and consulting partner landscape - Experience working in a technical pre-sales environment, progressing sales opportunities and maintaining sales pipeline hygiene - Hands-on experience with power systems (generation, transmission, distribution), streaming data architectures, and time-series platforms for grid telemetry, with knowledge of how cloud and AI/ML are applied to load forecasting, voltage optimization, fault detection, or energy market operations Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
