We are looking for an Image Associate to join our team, specializing in image correction, editing, retouching, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver clean, web-ready Basic qualifications: - 1 to 3+ years of work experience in image editing, photo retouching, or graphic production in a creative agency or production environment. - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Photography, Visual Arts, or equivalent professional experience. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Adobe Photoshop. - Solid understanding of image file formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD) and web optimization techniques. - Knowledge of color theory, image composition, and visual hierarchy. - A portfolio demonstrating experience with image correction, retouching, and production-quality editing. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and quality issues. Preferred: - Expert-level Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom skills with advanced retouching and compositing capabilities. - Experience with batch image processing, automation (e.g., Photoshop Actions, scripting), and asset management workflows. - Thorough knowledge of image correction workflows including color grading, skin retouching, background removal, and compositing.
