Global Store (GS) under Amazon Cross-border (XB) Program enables customers around the world to shop on 18 Amazon's marketplaces and get their products delivered to them anywhere.We are looking for a dynamic, Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of professional or military experience - Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals - Experience in e-commerce (sales or marketing) - Bachelor's degree Preferred: - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units - Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in SQL Server/MySQL - Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting - Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
