GSRC's core mission is to Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - 2+ year work experience in Business Process Outsourcing in any of the following domains: accounting, regulatory compliance, IT services, quality assurance - Business Process Outsourcing, Operations processes; Database management is an added advantage Preferred: - Experience in trade compliance, import/export operations, customs regulations, cross-border logistics, or regulatory compliance processes related to global trade operations is preferred - Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations - Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies - Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management / FMCG company / Corporate role - Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems using automation tools - Experience with data analysis in a variety of quantitative fields and experience building data and decision support systems - Knowledge of database query technologies (SQL) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
