You will review Arabic-language content for maturity ratings, content descriptors, and compliance risks. This includes flagging policy violations, consulting with policy and program teams, and working Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 2 or more years of prior experience in content moderation, content compliance, regulatory risk, or Trust and Safety operations - Fluent in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and English at C1+ level (written and spoken), with required comprehension of Saudi/Gulf (Khaliji) and Egyptian Arabic dialects - Understanding of geographical, sociopolitical, and cultural sensitivities across MENA territories - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level, including pivot tables, charts, lookups, and data cleansing - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a diverse team - Experience reviewing audio-visual content for maturity ratings, content descriptors, and regional compliance - Strong written communication in English for compliance reports, escalation summaries, and policy documentation Preferred: - CEFR: Rating of C1 or C2 - ACTFL OPI/OPIc: Advanced High or Superior Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
