Sr. Acquisition Mgr., Global Film Acquisitions

We are seeking a strategic, highly analytical Acquisitions Executive to join our Global Film Acquisitions team. In this role, you will lead deal negotiations end-to-end and shape acquisition strategies Basic qualifications: - Experience with Excel - Experience with end-to-end ownership of major project deliverables - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams - 7+ years of relevant work experience at a major media/production company or a top tier consulting firm/investment bank - Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and business judgment skills - High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred: - Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication - Experience structuring and negotiating terms for commercial content content deals e.g. production commissions, existing content licences, talent, multi-title/output - Experience creating financial and/or theatrical models - Seasoned analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
