SPIV Program Manager - BCM, Business Continuity Management

We detect and prevent fraud among hundreds of millions of e-Commerce transactions in different countries. We create a trusted store where millions of buyers and sellers can safely transact online. About Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - 5+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challenges - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) Preferred: - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent - 3+ years of operational experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
