Social Intelligence Manager, CCR Social Media team

Amazon is seeking a strategic, data-driven analyst to manage social listening capabilities. Reporting to the Principal, Global Social Analytics, Intelligence, and Listening, you will support the design, Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions - Experience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders - Bachelor's degree in a related field (Communications, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent). Preferred: - Experience in professional communications or public relations - Familiarity with applied AI/LLMs in social listening or communications contexts (topic clustering, summarization, sentiment modeling). - Experience partnering with engineering or data science teams to design or improve analytics tooling. - Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior comms leaders, without direct authority. - Experience managing programs across multiple time zones, languages, and global markets. - Experience in large, complex global organizations. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
