Amazon Leo is building the world's most advanced satellite broadband network to deliver fast, affordable connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Through a constellation of Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English - Experience working in partner management within e-commerce or technology sectors - Experience with P&L responsibility and delivering strong financial results - Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results, or experience in commercial finance business partnering or FP&A - Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions, or experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership - Experience building and maintaining relationships with business partners Preferred: - Master's degree (MBA or related discipline), or Bachelor's degree or above - Experience with customer relationship management, especially C-suite level customer engagement - Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight - Experience working and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management - Experience in satellite communications, fixed wireless access, or broadband connectivity services - Experience launching and scaling indirect distribution partnerships across European countries - Understanding of subscription lifecycle models, net revenue retention, and partner economics - Fluency in one or more additional European languages (German, Polish, Czech, French, Dutch, Portuguese or similar) Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
