Amazon is seeking a Site Process Expert to work in the EU Process Excellence (EUSC PE) team. The Site Process Expert is a Field onsite position and will need to adapt to local shifts requirement, depending Basic qualifications: - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Experience in Amazon Operations, Central Flow, or other related supply chain teams Preferred: - Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment - Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
