Formal Job Description:The Site Operations Coordinator is a key member of the site leadership support team, responsible for driving effective internal communication, supporting site-wide engagement initiatives, Basic qualifications: - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - High school or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required Preferred: - Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
